Most orders over $99.00 will receive free USPS ground shipping.
All Mastectomy Care products will receive free USPS ground shipping.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If we are unable to ship within two business days and the item(s) are placed on back order, we will send an email notification. Our corporate office and main warehouse are both located in Newport Beach, CA. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 2-7 business days.
All “Free Ground Shipping” orders will be sent by either US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout. At this time we do not ship via FEDEX.
We will provide UPS or USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the instructions.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico: Standard shipping time is 3-14 business days. Orders that weigh over 4 pounds may take longer for delivery. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded from the expedited shipping guarantee. Please call before placing your order to see if your area qualifies for expedited shipping.
Shipping Address: Very Important. Please make sure you enter in the shipping address correctly with no mistakes. Please do not abbreviate street names or cities. The address you enter is copied exactly as is and entered into our shipping system. If your order is returned do to an incorrect address you will be notified. You have the option to correct the address and repay for shipping or we can refund the order with a 10% restocking fee minis the S&H fees.
SALES TAX: All orders placed with a Billing Address in CALIFORNIA will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2ND DAY & OVERNIGHT):
- Please call before placing your order to make sure the item(s) you are ordering are in stock.
- Not all items are available for expedited shipping: If the item you requested is not available for expedited shipping, you will be notified. At that time, you will be given the option to keep your expedited shipping selection for when the item does become available for shipment or change to regular ground shipping.
- All Orders for stocked merchandise received before 1:00 p.m PST. Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m PST . will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Weekend and Holidays: UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Back Ordered Items: We make every effort to stock a full supply of the most popular products. Most orders are shipped within two business days . In the event that we have to order from the manufacturer, the ship date may be delayed up to 10 days. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to shorten the delivery time. If an item is on backorder you will receive an email indicating so. Seldom does anything take over 15 business days to get to you.
Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel an order, call during our business hours (8am-5pm Monday thru Friday PST) and talk to a customer service representative so they can cancel your order and give you confirmation. Do not send an email, nor leave a voice message. Your order will not be cancelled because we can not verify it is “you” requesting the cancellation.
Shipping International: We are very sorry We do NOT accept any international orders.
